Account
Request an account from the sign-in page. A code is sent to your company mailbox, then an administrator approves your access.

What it does
From the certificate library to a package ready for approval.
Document library
PDF, Word, Excel and images, including scanned and combined files. Arabic and English OCR; one combined PDF is split into its certificates.
Rule-based validity
Valid, expiring soon, expired or missing a date. Expired documents are left out by default, and a missing date never counts as valid.
From request to package
Type the request and attach the customer's checklist. Documents are matched strictly and merged into one ordered PDF with a cover and index.
Form filling
PDF, Word and Excel forms filled from controlled company data. Signature and stamp fields are never filled.
Review and approval
Draft, review, approval and submission, with an audit log of every step and an internal compliance report.
SharePoint sync
Copies new files from the company's shared folder on a schedule, without ever deleting from the library.
Security and privacy.
Sign-in is limited to company email addresses, proven with a code sent to that mailbox. Files are kept on a private server with no public links, and no document is sent to any outside AI service. Every upload, edit, approval and export is logged.
